Maggie Steffens is a dynamic leader and four-time Olympian, celebrated for her role as captain of the USA Women's Water Polo team and her achievements as a three-time Olympic Gold Medalist. She is the most decorated female water polo player and continues to strive to exceed what is possible. With a strong foundation as a three-time NCAA Champion at Stanford University, she exemplifies teamwork and excellence. As co-founder of 6-8 Sports, Inc., Maggie is at the forefront of merging data and technology with niche sports to foster opportunities. Guided by her family's values of leadership and collaboration, she is dedicated to sharing her insights to help others achieve their dreams and create a winning culture.
